Ionization Therapy

Have you ever stood next to a waterfall or walked along a beach with the waves breaking at your feet?  How did you body feel?  You probably felt relaxed and at peace with the world.  You were able to breath deeper into your lungs and abdomen; your brain cleared; the aches and pains in you joints subsided.  Why is that?

A water molecule is composed of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom.  When the molecule loses a hydrogen atom, the remaining molecule takes on a negaive charge.  When walking along the beach, your body absorbs millions of these negatively charged ions, which alkalize the blood and tissue.

Because of high stress, poor diet, and toxic air, we tend to accumulate and store excessive quantities of waste products such as diacetic, uric, lactic, pyruvic, butyric, acetic, carbonic, and hepatic acids.

Dr. Theodore Baroody, author of "Alkalize or Die," states that these acid wastes attack joints, tissues, muscles, organs, and glands causing minor to major dysfunction.  He, as well as many other health care practitioners, claims that it is essential to maintain an alkaline environment throughout the body in order to avoid disease and maintain vitality as we age.  However, this is virtually impossible to accomplish in our high-stress, high-tech, toxic society, unless we can walk on the beach every day.

So...what's the answer?

An ionization unit creates precisely the same environment as the walk along the beach, only more powerfully because your feet are in direct contact with the ions being manufactured in the water.  Simply place your feet in the water, turn on the unit, and within seconds millions of ions enter your body and begin to neutralize tissue acid wastes.  When hydrogen is separated from oxygen, a vacuum or void is created.  High concentration of body fluids move to the lower concentration of tap water.  The particles in the blood and lymph can then be pulled through the skin of your feet by reverse osmosis.  Heavy metal residue, mucous, particles from blood and lymph, and fat residue found in the water after the foot bath reflect the wastes that have exited the body during the 30 minute session.
